I got a sample pack at Whole Foods and mixed it up with water (milk wouldn’t have taken away the taste of funk) and it was so icky that I tried adding Hershey’s chocolate syrup out of desperation and that didn’t even make a dent. If you’ve ever tried the vegetarian or vegan lifestyle then you know that every single one of the protein powders, bars, even normal foods tend to have a particular taste buried somewhere within the cover-up flavors. This is no exception, unfortunately.

Where’s the natural flavor? You get two more servings per container, and one third the stevia.

I am really surprised at how many people say they don’t like the taste…I love it. My favorite is the chocolate with a soy milk and a couple teaspoons of peanut butter, the perfect breakfast! I have had a very hard time finding a protein that is vegan and actually tastes good until now. I have been using it for about 6 months now and don’t think I could live with out it.
I am a owner of a CrossFit gym and I just have to say that weight lifters in general are really down on the whole vegan lifestyle they all seem to think you NEED meat…so not true and we have 4 vegan/vegetarians that are proving them wrong on a daily basis! This product just proves you can have clean healthy protein instead of most of the junk that is available out there today and get great results.
